HOW WE WORK
Practical care.
A clear plan.
One accountable team.
From a single solar site to a growing portfolio, we bring farming knowledge and organised delivery together. Here’s how we turn your site requirements into a workable programme on the ground.
FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO ONGOING CARE
Every site is different. We take time to understand yours, agree what good looks like and build a service around it. You know who is responsible, what is included and how progress will be recorded.
01
Understand your sites
We start with a conversation about your sites, current arrangements and priorities. We review layouts, vegetation, access, water, fencing and any ecological restrictions, identifying where grazing is suitable and where other methods are needed. A site visit helps confirm the practical detail before a programme is agreed.
02
Agree the programme
Together we define the services, responsibilities and desired site condition. Your plan sets out seasonal grazing and cutting, any panel cleaning or upkeep, visit arrangements and reporting. We make the scope clear from the outset, including how additional work will be quoted and approved.
03
Get ready, then deliver
Before work begins, we confirm access, inductions, risk assessments and working methods. Where livestock are involved, we agree fencing, water, welfare checks and movements. GroundGraze coordinates the people and resources needed, with a named contact to keep communication straightforward.
04
Record, review and adapt
We record completed work, photographs and site observations, and flag concerns through the agreed contact route. Regular reviews help us adjust to grass growth, weather, ground conditions and changing priorities. You can see what has happened, what needs attention and what comes next.
WORKING WITH GROUNDGRAZE
Good land management needs more than a schedule. It needs people who notice changing conditions, communicate clearly and follow through. We combine that practical farming approach with the planning and records your asset team needs, without making you coordinate every task yourself.
A named point of contact
One clear route for questions, updates and issues. We agree how to communicate and who needs to know before work starts.
A scope you understand
Planned work and responsibilities are agreed in advance. Extra tasks are identified and approved, rather than quietly added to the programme.
A programme that responds
Weather, growth and site priorities change. We review the programme with you and explain any adjustments to timing or methods.
